B. Contact us via contact tab quoting your order number.

C. Confirm the details of the message you would like on your item. If you are ordering multiple items please confirm which items you would like the messages on.

Orders will be created exactly as you tell us so please do double check your spelling. 

Disclaimer:

We really try hard to ensure that all our photographs and the descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However because all items are handmade, slight variations may occur. For an added personal and quirky touch all ceramics and mounts are handprinted so there may be variations in print and lettering from those shown in our photographs.

We use vintage maps for our cherised location gifts. Please remember that modern names, specific buildings and roads may not appear on vintage maps. If there is specific detail required for your cherished location please let us know at the point of ordering.

Payment:

Payment through our website is via PayPal.  We do not have access to or store credit card details. We do not share customer details with any third parties. 

Returns & Refunds: 

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days, we will then email you with return details. Following this email please return items within 7 days in their original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel and with proof of purchase. We regret we cannot refund postage, unless the item is faulty. 
We can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit. Please retain your proof of purchase when returning items. 

We regret that due to their individual nature we cannot offer refunds on bespoke items unless they are faulty or damaged. 

Privacy:  

We will not share your details with anyone. We may contact you directly about your order.
